I have used front line before and it has worked very well. We used to have a flea infestation in the summer (we own several cats, both indoor and outdoor, and a dog) and since frontline we haven't had that problem.
This time however, on one of my cats I noticed her fur had dropped off in the spot where it was applied and it has caused dry scabby skin that she itches (which doesn't help).
